Matthew McClearn – CWNE 573
Seasoned networking professional. Specializing in LANs and WLANs.
I started my career in IT in 2013 as frontline support for hospitality guests who were having trouble connecting to WiFi while vacationing. Over the course of 7-8 years I moved from end-user support, to network administration / support, to installations, to network design and engineering. In that time I gained proficiency with firewalls, switching, and wireless architectures.
In my current position, I support a variety of wireless VoIP clients and work with customer network teams to solve issues that we come across. Technology moves at a break-neck pace and I’ve come to find the most enjoyment with troubleshooting front-line issues between wireless networks and wireless clients.
I look forward to troubleshooting 6GHz.
